Funding & Donations Policy
Donations: We accept donations, but they are not required to receive services. The Nourish program is fully funded by Advitcare Main. Your participation will never be contingent upon making or securing donations.
Delivery and Logistics Policy
Deliveries: We aim to cover all delivery fees associated with your packages. However, depending on the urgency of the package (e.g., emergency delivery) or the geographic location (e.g., outside standard zones), we may ask you to cover a small, predetermined portion of the fee.
Data Privacy & Retention Policy
Data and Information: We adhere to strict privacy standards. All submitted applicant and household information is used solely for verification and appropriate tier placement during the application process. We do not permanently store your specific, sensitive data once your eligibility has been confirmed.
Service Duration and Renewal Policy
Service Duration & Renewal: Benefits are typically awarded for a specific enrollment cycle (e.g., one year). A simplified renewal form and updated proof of need will be required to continue services beyond the initial enrollment period. We ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP SERVICES TO YOU IF YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED OR CHOSE TO WITHDRAW FROM OTHER ADVITCARE ORG SERVICES.

Non-Discrimination (Suggested): Services are provided without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or marital status. Eligibility is based solely on demonstrated need and objective program criteria.
